At LifestyleLiving, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse team process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday direct from our warehouse.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5-7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

To check on the status of your order, email us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, courier number and billing information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of final purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.
Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing an order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, etc.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Prices on the site do not include customs taxes and duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
The courier is always responsible for performing the parcel's delivery with a signature. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier and it hasn't been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the item is correctly delivered. Once delivered by the courier, LifestyleLiving will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.
