HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Please send an email to email@example.com with the order number within 7 days from the arrival date to start the return process. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 7 days from the arrival time.
- You can return all products within 7 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery. The original bag and tag should be intact and not be damaged.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange the return or issue the store credit after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- You're responsible to pay for the return shipping charges (if any)
The original shipping fee and insurance (if any) are non-refundable.
We process our orders within 12 hours after you place an order. It cannot typically make changes after an order has been processed/shipped.
Note that there is a $10.00 (for each item in the package) cancellation fee. We do not offer refunds after shipment. Please see above policy on returns.
We are unable to cancel or make address changes to orders that have already been processed/shipped.
